As part of Protein Community’s evolution during Seasons 4 and 5, I co-authored and helped shape the strategic transition toward a more decentralized, collaborative, and insight-driven knowledge network. I played a key role in defining the focus and methodology for Season 5, centered on co-creating an open cultural insight report in partnership with Protein Agency. My work included developing the proposal, designing new collaborative frameworks, and facilitating alignment between Agency, Studios, and Community teams. I helped shift traditional in-house reporting into a community-led process, introducing bounties, research workshops, and editorial sprints that allowed contributors to earn and learn through meaningful participation. This experimental approach redefined value creation within the Protein ecosystem, tying cultural production to shared ownership and token-based incentives. My contribution bridged strategy, storytelling, and community design—ensuring our collective efforts were impactful, equitable, and reflective of Protein’s Good Growth values.
