Domestick Landscapes is a modular system of magnetic textile panels designed to function as flexible spatial dividers within the contemporary home. As living spaces become smaller and more fluid, this project anticipates the need for adaptable environments that respond to shifting routines, privacy needs, and multifunctional use. The system allows users to reconfigure their space intuitively by combining magnetic textile modules that serve both functional and aesthetic purposes. This project represents the first consolidation of my interest in living trends and future-oriented product development. To bring the concept to life, I worked closely with an Italian embroidery workshop to develop a specialized manufacturing method that embeds magnets between textile layers using multiple embroidery heads simultaneously. The result is a scalable system that blends material innovation with human-centered design, addressing how we live now and how we might live next.

I’m Andrea Brena, a designer, strategist, and cultural researcher working across industries, disciplines, and communities.

My practice is driven by the curiosity for how systems shape behavior, how stories influence belonging, and how design can enable participation at every level.
