I co-directed the production of an internal adidas video designed to celebrate the power of individuality and collaboration within creative communities. I also authored the narrative script, which reflects on identity, transformation, and the interplay between personal expression and collective purpose. The story explores how we define ourselves not only through our own evolution, but through the connections we build with others. It highlights the space where digital and physical creation meet—between code and matter, self and community. The message emphasizes empowerment, shared values, and the creative collisions that spark innovation. Special thanks to Shaba Mosheni for supporting the copy editing process. The film was created to inspire and energize internal audiences by showcasing how adidas employees shape culture and drive positive change through collaboration.
